Return Process

Non-Returnable Items

- Base Cleaner (chemical products)
- Gloves & Mittens
- Goggle Lenses
- Personal protective equipment (if opened or used)
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your card issuer)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
