Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship globally (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions) using the following methods:

  • Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx
    Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    Cost: $12.95 (applicable to all orders)
  • Free Shipping: via EMS (for orders over $50)
    Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To start a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your full name and email address
  • Order number
  • Product name(s) and SKU (if available)
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Confirmation that the item is unused, with original tags and packaging

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form. Ship to:

Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Refund Methods & Timing

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days (processing time depends on your card issuer)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days (refunded to your PayPal account)

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Base Cleaner (chemical products cannot be resold for safety reasons)
  • Gloves & Mittens (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Goggle Lenses (sensitive optical components that are easily damaged)
  • Personal protective equipment (if opened or used)

Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition with tags and packaging intact are also not eligible for return.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the defect. We will resolve the issue promptly.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
  • Original shipping fees and import duties/taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued in US Dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount.
