Important Note: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your items. Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To begin the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email:

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your items. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for items until they reach our facility. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Base Cleaner – Chemical products cannot be resold for safety reasons
  • Gloves & Mittens – Due to hygiene considerations
  • Goggle Lenses – Sensitive optical components that are easily damaged
  • Personal protective equipment (when opened or used)
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition
  • Products missing original tags or packaging
Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the defect and we will resolve the issue promptly.

International Returns

For international customers (outside the United States):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount
